Update (10 May [number]) The “Vehicle History” filter options are available when conducting a new search. However, it disappear when saving the search, forcing the user do a new search to filter unwanted vehicles. Original post (7 May [number]) With this update ([value]), CarGurus removed the most critical filter: The option to filter the Vehicle Condition, History, and Title. So basically, they took away the consumer's ability to filter the results to remove vehicles with Frame Damage, Accidents, Theft History, Salvage Title, etc., making our search unpleasant. Please add it back to the filter options…

Issues logging in, takes too long to load the inbox, feels like people are sharing the app in the fact that every time you open the app you will see 1 type of a vehicle being lookud up and you view their search results

Don’t Accept Negative Reviews Of Their Dealers
This company is in bed with their dealers. Dealt with a dealer represented on their platform that was advertising false prices. Despite the dealer admitting they posted a false price Car Guru's deleted the negative review I left of the Car Dealer. They aren't interested in delivering an honest shopping experience to the end consumer as it's the dealers that pay them. Don't trust what you see on their App.

Extremely laggy. Very inconsistent with it's user experience. If the your search results has more than 100 listing, the app becomes extremely slow. I'm using a flagship phone and this app still cannot perform well AUTOTRADER on the other hand is amazing with it's user interface

The application is great and well developed. Unfortunately, there are a few private sellers. Most of the sellers are dealers with high fees. I wasted my time visiting two of them. When I honestly rated one of them, the comments weren't accepted!! Really?
