Dietary supplements
I absolutely LOVE Caribou!!! But I just have to rate this app less than five stars. It's so inconvenient to have to go through a drive thru and special order everything because no dairy or sugar free substitutes are on the menu BUT you can order at store. I hate that I can't order for both myself and my boyfriend before a long trip and it's so frustrating as someone who needs that to be an option. Just think this needs to be addressed with where so many peoples diets and lif styles are impacted by sensitivities and allergies

Password
I find it impossible to get a password . Site is too tech and not user friendly. Never have problems on other sites resetting passwords. Your website system needs to be upgraded.

Update (not good)
Since the post below, they made one reply that didn't fix anything and ignored my question about the possible problem. I followed up with the information they asked for and again raised the issue I'd previously mentioned. Coming up on two weeks now with nothing but silence from them. Either they are incompetent or they just don't give a rat's behind. if they haven't fixed this in the next few days, I'll try to find out how to contact the corporation. They really need to know how they are being represented by customer “service.” ———————————— I have been enjoying Caribou, but they've really disappointed me with their customer service this past week. I tried to order a half-price deal, and it kept telling me that discount wasn't available at that store. It did that at each store I tried. It sure seemed like a malfunction, because I've never experienced that previously on the app. But I also had to consider the possibility that Caribou is another chain that allows local stores to opt out of promotions. I hate when chains allow that. So I wrote to Caribou and asked them if this was the case. That was a week ago today. I have had zero response, unless you count the automated email that says they've received my message and will get back to me. That was a week ago. There's no way something like this should take a week.

Nutrition facts are the exact same no matter how you customize it so hopefully whoever is ordering coffee doesn't really care about that. It should change when I alter the drink, please change that

Took my money
I've been using the app for a while (3+ years) and whenever I added funds from my credit cards or certain debit card, it would take the money but not add any funds. Even when I check out, it does the same (Yes, I have money). I tried reaching out to customer service, but haven't heard anything back. I stopped using the app and then tried it again yesterday and same thing. I love caribou, but please fix this.

App is unhelpful at times.
I was having trouble using a reward. Turns out it was a mistake on my part, but what did not help was that the app was showing me an error message that in no way accurately explained what the problem was. Indeed, it actually gave me the impression that the fault was with the store I was trying to place an order with.

Loading money to app withdrew from my bank but never appeared in app. Another time paid using Google pay and app didn't give feedback so clicked again. 2 transaction ended up hitting my bank, and store never saw either order. I'm out close to $45

so frustrating. oh, a notification! haha nothing. was that deal in-store or in-app? because it changes! try to keep up lol! PLEASE make it easier to pay with the app, too...having to yell out my phone before each order...or wait for the app to generate a pay token...annoying. get it together.

Continue to love the app and the ability to order ahead and pick up on the fly! I'd really like to try a fruit shaker, but in the app the milk option is locked to coconut only. I know many love coconut milk, but..... Would be nice to have more milk options. Thanks for the consideration.
