Easy to use
First time using the app. Booked an excursion, reserved a table for dinner…twice, and it kept me notified of my schedule. It did keep kick me off the internet several times and it took a bit of searching at first to find what I needed, over all it was handy and easy to use. Did not pay for upgrades nor use many of the features the app offered so I could only rate 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Could use some other features
Was a decent app when WiFi worked. It would have been nice to have an option to pay off your balance through the app or even add another credit card instead of having to go to customer service. Also it would have been nice to be able to send photos in the chat. Other than that I liked the app.

Wi-Fi issues
Works fine as long as Wi-Fi stays connected. But the ships Wi-Fi kept disconnecting quite frequently.

It was very informative however the only thing was the chat it never worked and I heard others complaining. So that's some they really should try and fix.

Limited Working Features
The app was excellent for on-board activities, scheduling appointments & dinner, viewing times for everything and creating a planner. I also liked the ability to keep up with my charges. However, as others have stated, the chat feature is awful and does not work at all. Do not pay $5 for it. Also, if you did not have a wifi plan, the ship/app wifi dropped continuously. If you have an Apple iPhone, get the value plan (separate from the hub app).

Every time I needed to use the app I found I had been disconnected. Had to exit the app, re-open and reconnect. Very inconvenient. Promising app, but needs improvement.

Wish it tracked your location
It would be nice if it tracked your location and showed which direction you're walking in.

Sometimes, it worked, and sometimes it just kicked you offline. When it worked, it was very helpful in locating my group.
