Saw an ad on YouTube to sell your car in minutes. Downloaded the app. Put my license plate number and state in, mileage and zip code, etc. It's clear that I'm supposed to select the color of my car, but the selections are missing, it just says "color" and the page ends abruptly. You cannot continue until you select a color, but there are no colors to select. I gotta wonder how common this issue is. So yeah. App is broken.

The app itself works fine. The car buying process went smooth, although I'm still waiting for my plate. Probably won't buy from Carvana again though because when i brought the vehicle in to one of the approved shops, they told me I had to replace all 4 tires, get an alignment, replace the battery, and air filter. I had to pay this out of pocket because it wasn't covered in their 100-day warranty.

Unisntalled. App forces you to let it use your GPS signal. App has a fake box for your zip code, but hitting okay just pings your GPS and throws an error code if you've denied the GPS permission.

Worst place to sell car
I was trying to sell my car. Checked price on website, I was quote $37,800. Once I was ready to make the trade, the price expired as it was 10 days later. Price dropped to $30,800 on the website. I check price on the app, it further dropped to $30,600. Customer service live person is bot. Great going silicon valley. Never carvana!!!

Was assured that my registration and plates will get to me way before my temporary tax expire. noticed that I was getting close to the expiration date started week reaching out. Kept speaking to advocates & registration specialist telling them that I'm near my expired plates date, they kept telling me that I will receive my registration and plates before they expires. Meanwhile they submitted my paperwork two days before my expiration date and I'm still currently waiting for my registration and tags. Terrible customer service and support I'm paying for a car that I can't drive its been a month since I had the car and can't drive it.
