I just installed it, so not yet used for a recharge. During setup, I can't find the 2024 VW ID.4 AWD Pro S in the list. Since the battery is not the same as 2023, will this affect the level of recharge?

It suddenly stopped working stating “Issue detected check external charging station” and I am not able to connect with WiFi. Company couldn't help me reconnect. Can't charge Jeep. Problem has been elevated to level 2. Let's see if this company can make it work. Update coming in the future.
