Not as good as AMTD
SCHW bot AMTD. AMTD app was easier to customize. SCHW segregates ETFs as their own sector which doesn't make sense.

compare to TDAtrades app- This app is bad, I am thinking about switching to another brokerage firm. TDA app was seemless, informative, easy & fun to use and all the necessary info, news & performance history-up to 5 yrs on any company. ( with schwab- only up to 1 yrs.) Best of all, TDA also included your gain and loss updated for 5 years with a graph, showing your progress or declined during that period. why can we just use the former TDA app and just put your damn name on it, fix your app.

Not as user friendly as TD
I was a TD customer before. Comparing to the interface of TD, Schwab's interface is confusing and messier. For example, It took me a while yesterday to find where I can check the orders I placed already. Also, the live streaming hasn't been working for the past 2 days, which is really bad for investors to try to follow the market.

I have 2 issues that I want to see achieved. First, go back to giving the pre market indices like we're available with TDA and fix the problem with your web platform. I can never get logged into the web platform beacause I am constantly getting the message asking me if want to wait or exit the page because the page is not responding.

Worst Application Ever used in my life.
Worst Application Ever used in my life. I am shocked about the owner of this company and developer” how fool or idiots” they are. How do they understand the customers and their wishes? Due to this stupidity, I lost all my investment and moved out. No customer support, and no one ever cares about you. Stupid people are rolling around, and they don't care about your hard-earned money and investment. I encountered numerous issues with the Charles Schwab mobile application that made my experience exceptionally frustrating. Firstly, the app's interface is outdated and not user-friendly, making navigation cumbersome and unintuitive. This is particularly disappointing for a financial service where ease of use is critical. Secondly, I experienced frequent crashes and glitches. The app often froze during transactions, leading to uncertainty about whether trades were executed or not, which is unacceptable for time-sensitive financial activities. The login process was also problematic, with repeated errors that prevented access to my account, causing not only frustration but also concern over the security of my investments. Additionally, the customer service response to these technical issues was underwhelming. Wait times were long, and the solutions provided were mostly ineffective, leaving me to deal with the same problems repeatedly without resolution. Overall, the Charles Schwab mobile app seems to lag behind its competitors in both technology and user support, making it a poor choice for those seeking a reliable and efficient mobile trading experience.

Will not run on mobile devices using iOS 15.
I lost mobile access to my account because Schwab's app will not operate on iOS 15. Schwab's app is the only one on my device that will not operate on iOS 15.

Ameritrade customer
I have been a long time TD Ameritrade client and I love the research analysis and the website interface. Schwab has been disappointing. The website is more difficult to navigate and the research for stock analysis is limited.

Extremely messy app that hides most relevant information such as basic positions while attempting to trade. Trading is a joke. Slow, tedious, and without reliable research information. Everything about this app is terrible. Do not put your money in the hands of this company. Randomly pick another one for greater success.
