Life changing
I was with bank one that became chase. Not sure the details on that but that's my tenure. I would give chase 5 stars except they caused me a great deal of credit problems over a credit card. I had a employee card issued to my employee which I for good reason set a 10,000 limit on. While she was out of the country she managed to rack up a 30,000 debt . I had no idea until I looked at my online account. I immediately called chase to ask how this could be? I also asked them to freeze the account. They assured me that it was under control and not to worry. I looked on my account thinking they would remove the 20 k that was not approved for use, but to my surprise the account that was maxed at 30 k had somehow grown to 65k . I had no communication with the employee who was still over seas. I still have no idea how after me demanding they freeze the already maxed out account could they allow this to happen. I wrote several letters climbing the chain of command and they ultimately said they would take no responsibility for any of it. The card limit was clearly printed on my statement. I attempted to settle the debt by offering to pay 35 k. They refused my offer I finally told them to eat the whole thing since they had just raised my rates for no reason other than it was below prime. My 800 credit score went down to 500 over night and all of my other credit cards that were in good standing canceled my cards one by one even Amex including 900 in earned points were forfeited. This started a huge domino effect in which I was unable to get a loan on my house with 500k in equity. I found myself in a frivolous lawsuit where I received a default judgement of 70 k didn't have money nor could I borrow and ended up loosing 400k in non exempt property that I owned. And have been in litigation for 3 years to get it back. I've lost half of my life's work and it started with chase. Other than that they have been a great bank I still use them and they have my mortgage. So that's my story.

Last update broke Feature
The last update broke the deposit feature. Camera will no long auto capture checks and when you try to manually capture it tells you it can't read the check anymore. Considering your tellers hate actually working and constantly tell you do use the app or direct deposit, I suggest you fix this.

Stop asking me for Face ID.
You have separated password and Face ID. But why when I select password it goes to a page asking me if I want Face ID? STOP asking me I use my password why did you separate them I'll never do Face ID so when I select password I don't want to see Face ID.

Why can't I hide the "Chase Offers" section on the main page? You're a bank peddling hollow discounts that would barely make a difference on the items if I were to purchase. Put it somewhere else or let us customize the main page.

Had an emergency needed to send money, but couldn't because I had to update, which took 20 minutes. Was given the "not now" option, but couldn't get in the app.
