This app is always lacking key features. Freezes constantly just like their website. I want to do a monthly book for each month since my daughter was born but can only go back to 2022.... Why? Don't you want to sell more?

2 stars for the app. Poor design on rearranging your photos... Takes forever. You should be able to assign a number to the photo and it be associated with that page number. Trying to drag your photos around to where you like it is inefficient especially when lots photos are involved. Crop tool also does not give you much to work with. I will see how their print quality is before I subscribe or order more from them. Hope their quality is better than Shutterfly.

I've been using this app for a few years now, and I love most things about it. I was so excited when I learned that Chatbooks would be getting a printing location in Canada because I thought free shipping would then be an option. I was disappointed to find out, though, that free shipping is only available on subscriptions. I usually order 5-6 photo books each year, and when I have to pay $7.99 just for shipping on every book, it adds up fast.

It's ok... I love my subscription however trying to do anything else on the app is very janky. It doesn't let you type correctly. Also having to retype and sometimes buttons don't work. But again I love my subscription actually just gifted 7 subscriptions for mother's day!

many things still not working well for me. cannot update my credit card info, also now that you can add 60 pics per month book, unless you are adding them all from the same source (ie Google photos) the other photos you upload do not load. so I am stuck at 30 pics max until this is fixed.

Love the books, hate the app. Very buggy app, when it works we love it and love our books but too often it doesn't add pictures and comes up with error that just says "caption" when trying to share photos to Chatbooks from Google photos.
