Hotel search has not been working properly since yesterday. Only low-quality and very few hotels are displayed. Trivago, Expedia, etc. still have top choices. Please fix, then the rating will also be adjusted accordingly

Nice hotel just a bit old. Employees super friendly, got a room at very short notice. Disadvantages: Windows in the room could only be opened a little bit, then there was a blockage (❓why) Beds wandered apart (mattresses great, not good during sex) Water glasses dirty Toilet brush came off the handle. ( could just prevent it from being washed away. Breakfast ok, only on the tables there was no salt and pepper. (only at the buffet

Unreliable + poor support

I have concluded a DSL contract via the app at a pre-calculated price calculated for 2 years. Within these 2 years, the provider increased the monthly fees, so that the calculated price was no longer correct. Unfortunately, check24's support is not interested in this at all, they only refer to the special right of termination. So of course you feel left alone and fooled.

The app is terrible, I want to look for a package tour. This is impossible, because it is not possible to remove pre-saved hotels from the search mask. Completely useless app.

Information in the app does not have to be correct

So far I have been a big Check24 fan, but since I had to file a liability claim for the first time, the blow hit me. I had supposedly taken out a 300€ deductible. Check24 draws the insurance incorrectly (without excess) Despite screenshots and although I can prove that I did not take out the insurance in this way, Check24 refuses to cover the costs. The case is now with the consumer advice centre.
