When looking at Checkers ads on the internet you are routed to this garbage app. When trying to find something on the app, it is virtually impossible. Pathetic and extremely frustrating.

I used to think this was the best app on grocery delivery, but things changed when the App "chose" a certain store from which to send my groceries. At first, groceries were sent from Checkers Hyper near me, and suddenly, I was getting groceries from Checkers in a mall near me. There's a huge difference in product availability and options. Also, the last couple of weeks, bakery products received weren't fresh, it's dry. Why can't we have an option to choose which store we want? This really suck.

Its the second time that delivery does not take place. Yesterday I placed an order at 5.30 time slot for delivery was between 6 and 7 . Order never arrived I live 5 minutes away from checkers they had 2 full hours to deliver. No message from them letting me know why delivery never took place. Its a shame

There's a glitch in the app. The driver cannot see the appartment number, only street address and everything else. But the apartment number is important in some cases (like I had today). The help center only told me they cannot change the address(which is not what I asked). They're supposed to just report the problem to whomever the programmer is of the app

Everything was fine so far.. Might even say perfect, except now the app refuses to work. It can't go past checkout tab..its frustrating as I've un-installed and re-installed countless times..tried creating new user accounts and doesn't even progress from there..pls fix this ASAP

I am very happy with your service. But.... Van der lingen Checkers where I am forced to order my groceries are terrible? I wish I could get my groceries from Drakenstein Checkers. Now I am shopping from Pic n Pay Mall

Bad system terrible to use
I appreciate the effort but honestly, the app is archaic. It's hard to change delivery address once you've ordered, difficult to get in contact with drivers, most importantly, impossible to get the support line on call because for some reason you are always closed???

Disappointing.
It's now the second time I have ordered chicken on sixty/60 that comes from Gezina (it's not even out of stock) and they just don't bring it. Please tell me what I should make for dinner now? Also had 2 orders in the past where half the eggs in the tray were rotten. As someone who is a loyal Checkers customer I am considering using other retailers and delivery services as this is becoming really irritating.
