Cat’s favorite
Would be a 5* if not for terrible packaging. Dry cat food bag arrived punctured with kibbles spread all over. Such a mess. But kittens didn't care. They jumped right into the box and did their best to help with the cleanup!

Auto ship
This feature is somewhat confusing. Had to be careful with one time orders not ending up on a monthly schedule.

There are a couple of issues I'm experiencing with the recent update. When I have a filter and sort option applied to a category, and I select an item in the list and then go back to the list, it always takes me back to the top. It also resets the sorter back to the default option. I'm having to use my tablet for now since I haven't updated the app there yet.

Good service. Bad app.
Great service, terrible app. They switched it to a web wrapper and you can't even share an item. Playing a video on a product page? Close it and it keeps playing.

Payment issues
Unresolved payment issues every single time I try to order on the app. Not with my card or method but code and errors within the app. Takes 4-5 tries per order for it to work

App gets stuck in a .com page reload loop at check out
I love Chewy and this app.. BUT one star will hopefully get attention of DEVS I need a bit of help please!! I'm trying to place an order in the app and it keeps trying to open a second chewy.com page that is stuck in a reload cycle. So I tried to go to the website directly but that recognizes that I have the app so kicks me back to the app that is stuck in the reload loop. I've deleted the app, power cycled my phone, and reinstalled. It didn't help, it's still stuck. PLEASE fix so I can change my review and place my order. Thank you
