Same issue as Cindy from 5/8/24. App won't allow me to redeem my rewards. I called CFA cares and got my issue escalated. Now I'm waiting for someone to email me...will update my review in the future.

Can’t order without the bun
The whole purpose for me to order food on an app is to ensure I get my order in right. You definitely can ask them to hold the bun so they should let you do it in the app.

Background process fail
The multi-step process between the time you've ordered, arrived, received your food and left the restaurant does not work properly. Hours later the app is still open and stuck on “let us know you've arrived”. Every time, sucking down battery and location data. Only a force stop kills it. If you're going to price gouge me at least fix the app.

Bring back the custom options
I don't appreciate not being able to customize my order like I used to. I can no longer ask that my pickles be put on the side instead of being on my sandwich. I can no longer ask for extra whipped cream on my milkshake. This is what I used to love about this app. Now it's gone.

Can't login for weeks now. Followed all instructions several times with no success. Chickfila is slipping. Went to Starbucks this morning.... In response to Dev: I've bypassed all security and ad block, still not working. We shouldn't have to bypass our Device security to use the app anyway. I wish I was paid a percentage of what my data is worth...

Please get rid of the darn I'm here button. When I place the order it can be made immediately m sick of getting there and my order isn't ready because of this silly button. People will forget because they expect it to just be made shortly after they order like any other restaurant.
