Everytime I go to use the app the payment portion never works, first time it wasn't processing, second time app would crash everytime I'd get to the payment screen, now it won't accept my gift card. I even called to check the balance. Then the restaurant never answers the phone. I live chilis nd eat here regularly but yall just can't get the concept of to go down.

Incessantly crashes. Low security
This garbage freezes age crashes incessantly. Limiting passwords to 15 characters and only handful on non-alphanumeric characters is incompetent and shows developers don't care about users' securities. Can't change the car that staff will look for.

Only doing 3 stars because I can't order my fries on the app with SALT ONLY! Believe it or not, not everyone loves pepper on everything! That's why we have salt and pepper shakers on the table or packets for takeout. If they add that to the app, I'll gladly give 5 stars

My only discrepancy
When I dine in, the food is fabulous! When I pick up, the food is cold. Totally that but one time I gave a gal to Crisp $20 bills that stuck together. Along with the other cash I had actually spent a ton on the order. I didn't realize that I gave her $20 too much until after she had left I never got my money back so for a long time I returned to Chili's. Finally, I realized that my food was cold so I don't come as often as I used to.

Gift card
I tried using a gift card to process an order and it kept telling me it was unable for use. I was too hungry and said screw it and just paid for the meal with my card but it would've been nice to have been able to use the gift card :(

This is a review about their menu items. I haven't been to Chili's for over a year because I find their food to be too greasy especially if you have it to go. I have a birthday dessert reward today I'm going to let expire because there isn't a dessert item I want. Chili's needs a seasonal menu items like enchiladas, wet burritos, fish tacos, pies, or shakes. Since Chili's a red pepper symbol maybe have stuff Bell peppers, jalapeno poppers, chili cheese fries perhaps? How about low calorie meals
