Thoughts and suggestions
(Please forgive my spelling) I absolutely love playing this game! There is wide variety of stories with many different plots, although I sincerely wish there were more options in the fantasy and adventure options. So far my favorite is blades of light and shadow, it give a D&D type feel. I do find it a bit tedious to get diamonds at times however you don't need them to still have a really great story and that can often be hard to find int these types of games, although a suggestion I have for the developers would be to give more diamonds after finishing chapters and watching ads because like I said before it gets really tedious and I would enjoy the game a lot more if I didn't have to spend 10-15 minutes trying to get enough diamonds to make the alternative choice. I do like and appreciate how the stories have ratings and labels that help better identify the story itself and what age group it's targeted at. It helps alot with find stories that are better suited to me. Overall a very well made app with good mechanics and lovely art! Would highly recommend!

Lacking diversity
Why isn't there more options for player character avatars? Like, honestly the brown characters you do have look ashy or are green like they are sick. It's not that hard to have realistic skin tones represented. Plus you only sometimes have certain races/ethnicities. Mostly I love noticed a lack of Asian avatars, but sometimes there isn't even the ambiguous brown POC character. Also the diamond hair choices should be more diverse. The dark colored hairstyle shouldn't always be coily or Afro like. You should have more than two diamond hair options. At least have a separate one for each of the three main hair types (straight, curly, coiled). You should also be able to choose they style and the color separately. You've done so many hair styles and avatars over the many stories released, why can't you reuse some of the diverse characters so players at least have AN option. I don't want to have to play the white character just because it's the only one that doesn't look sick or wrong in some way.

I used to really love this game but lately I'm just frustrated. Most of the stories require VIP access which costs money. A lot of these stories have gone downhill too.

I love this game, I'm reading this stories since almost the very beginning. I took a year break and now I can't read anything. Literally, I get in, some publicity of books pops and my phone freeze and then the game boot me out in the best scenario, sometimes my phone restart. I honestly don't know if it's my phone or something wrong in the game. 😭

Unplayable. It keeps crashing when starting up. Edit: My phone has plenty of memory. I've deleted the cache and restarted my device multiple times. I've tried everything, including emailing support, but no one replies. Would be great if you would actually get back to those reaching out.

Choices is a really great game. But it should also provide opportunities for people to earn from it the way they earn from us. That aside, your server seems to glitch a lot since the latest update. It should be looked into immediately! I have watched ads without recieving the allocated rewards: this is a game app, not a scam app so please act like one. Also stop making all important choices cost diamonds. It makes everything so boring because they're hard to get. Thank you and pls work on this!!

You only earn 1 diamond in each chapters but offer diamonds that cost more than ten diamonds. I know that you get 15 more or less diamonds when beginning the game, when I used most of the gems and I decided to try collect more but I ended up being spoiled. And yes I'm aware that there are numerous hacks but I've tried them several times but I never receive the items I wanted.
