It randomly signed me out and I previously had to delete the email address due to an unrelated data breach so I've lost my free ticket right after I earned it. Not in the mood to create another account yet. It was great until then.

If you try and add food / drink to your movie and accidentally back up to far you can't go back and finished the order. It just says "complete transaction before adding concessions to upcoming order." There is no place to finish the transaction. This has happened to me twice now.

Good, but stupid gift card limitations
Good for checking movie times and reward points, but absolutely stupid limitations for gift cards! Unlike every other app or website on the planet, Cinemark won't allow deletion of stored gift cards that have a zero dollar ($0) balance. Just stupid design flaw…

Dead APP
Updated, snd now App refuses to open. Gives error of no network available Other apps working, google is accessible, only Cinrmark not working

TOO PRICY
Until things get sorted, this will stay at a one star. When I went to renew my yearly membership, I noticed the price went up $50, I contacted them and they offered a refund, but never got back to me. I contacted them again and they said they couldn't refund me. They no longer offer discounts for purchasing the yearly vs monthly and it went up to $12/month not including tax. It's not worth it and their customer service is trash.

Not user friendly
If you are a rewards member, don't expect the app to help you use you points. It will auto offer you to use you earned ticket rewards at checkout but redeeming the points does not work at all. It's ridiculous
