Might be one of the worst graphic design applications I've ever experienced. It is much easier to do your designing on a separate app like Photoshop, gimp, or mspaint and import it to the space at the last step. Being more unintuitive than gimp is quite impressive!

App barely functions & subscription is disappointing
I did lots of research on this product and the reviews were overwhelmingly positive on both the app and the product. However, this is not what I expected at all. The app is incredibly glitchy regularly crashing, lagging, glitching, or just refusing to load. My phone is not old, there is plenty of storage, and my WiFi is fine however these problems persist. For the price of these machines the subscription is already disappointing but it gets worse. The subscription is 7$ a month and while most of the features are completely useless some of them are borderline necessary to make anything worth while meaning you cannot casually use the app as needed, you have to be making things a lot to justify the subscription. While some of the things feel vital to using the app the features feel underwhelming only really giving you access to their library. This brand makes it necessary to buy their exact products in anything they can and they overcharge on every little thing. If you are doing this for a hobby or to sell I don't recommend it, most of the money goes towards buying tons and tons of their very expensive supplies and micro transactions to the point that it would be way cheaper to just buy whatever you are making. For a product of this price I would expect a better app and I would expect a free section of the catalog at very least.

The app needs work
Don't get me wrong, I like the app; but it needs work. One of the main things I dislike about the app is; the eraser and recovery tool doesn't get small enough. They need to be able to get smaller so that fine detail can easily be fixed. One of the other things is the canvas. When I am trying to line my designs up or just moving the image around; it can be very choppy and glitchy. That makes it a little frustrating. Also when I go to the make it preview canvas my designs are sometimes lined up differently and not the way I need/ wanted them to be.

Amazingly horrible
Buy if you enjoy troubleshooting your device for hours on end and it still not working! Great for wasting your time, bad software and even worse hardware! Next time just buy as much wood as $200 buys you and burn it on fire, it would be a lot more useful than this paperweight.

The design software is extremely week and limited. You can't even erase any portions of your work. If you want to undo something..... you get the picture, but design space doesnt! omg that was kind of a funny...but not!

The app, which worked until two months ago, no longer works on the phone. I enter the app, but I can neither write text nor add photos. No solution has been found, and no one is responding. It's almost a disappointment!

Quite disappointed
Was very disappointed that few months after I had purchased my Cricut machine they started charging me for most of the features that had previously always be free. You pay an expensive price and get stuck having to pay for simple projects. The app can also present issues and compromise the delivery of projects. I love the idea and the things the machine can do but it is frustrating having to pay subscription when you are not prepared for it.

Lots of problems
This app is impossible to use. Very buggy. Unless you like staring at a loading screen I would recommend using a computer. I am unable to print anything. Prior to their last update the app actually did work. Unfortunately the update actually added bugs and problems. I wish I could use my cricut that I paid $300 for but unfortunately the app does not work.
