The worst headache EVER
The reason I signed up with city was because they had Zelle account and most people that I know always do as they do you have them now and now I know why I never had that is the worst money company there ever is they have caused me more money than I was trying to receive because I could've went with someone else a different company. The reason why I went with him because they guarantee that he pretty much say that the money was easily sent in minutes minutes is what I was told by there don't waste your time. I'm dropping Company and Bank today.

Not only is the app a cluttered buggy menu-riddled mess that barely functions on a good day, now after updating I am completely unable to use the app because I have an older phone and cannot update my android OS. They are literally placing my financial information behind a paywall. I wouldn't do business with Citi if I didn't have to, but unfortunately they are the financial service for Costco credit cards. I have to use my PC to pay off my credit card.

The app has been extremely buggy, not being able to do basic functions

I can't even log in! I put in my username and password correctly, (I know because I had to log in on Chrome from my phone.) but Everytime I try to log in from the app it says that the information doesn't match our records! It wasn't much better on laptop either kept me at the loading screen for ages!
