Solid App
I use citizens for my checking so this is a nice app to easily manage my stuff. Logging in every time is kind of a pain because it's loading takes a while so no 5 but I can understand why due to all the encryption algorithms it's running

The app has never given me any issues. And anytime I did need (was locked out of my acct) customer service was fast, friendly, and helped me! The only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars is because I set to get alerts about wheenever i get deposits into my account, general alerts, etc sent to my email/phone, but literally never get any.

This app has been having so much trouble logging in, I had no choice but to give up and uninstalled it.

Update ruined the app
Ever since the update, log in is impossible. Face ID was on, and it is either broken in the new version, or it did not activate. Fix your code, Citizens.

It never remembers my username and/or password. I keep having to reset my data.

Last update sucks the zelle won't let me send it from my checking. I can only send from savings. I didn't like that.

Since latest update mobile deposits not working, constantly saying app can't read bottom of the check, very frustrating, I was depositing same checks many times before.

The app is taking way too much memory, it way too slow. It Always needs update and it is so slow!
