Do not download they will charge without consent
This app charged me twice with so much as an email receipt I am just lucky I noticed when I did. I did not agree to sign up for this service after my trial in fact I canceled the trial before it was complete. Not impressed with these business practices.

Disgusting behaviour
This company is a disgrace. I went to exit the payment screen because I changed my mind about the cost. They then redirected me to a $1 7 day trial, so I say ok sure why not try it. Then they charged me 2 transactions, $1 for the trial plus a second “reoccurring subscription” charge of $95. All from one PayID transaction confirmation. Now they won't refund the money they took in this unethical way. Multiple emails requesting, but they have now stopped replying. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS

Bait and Switch
I signed of for the free trial, booked one class. and while still having an active trial I couldn't book any other classes from any places unless I upgrade to paid subscription.

Fair options, poor value
$300/month for 150 credits doesn't really cut it if you use this daily. Also, limited class availability for select workouts ClassPass users

Horrible experience using this. Did not even get the chance to use more than 80% of my trial credits because app flagged my account for being ineligible for trial. Problem is I just signed up and have never used this app before??

Poor Customer Service and Rules to Use Credit
I have paid for 3 months of ClassPass totaling $180 and I was only able to get a haircut. I booked 2 massage's which the other company messed up the reservation so I was turned down at the door. But they keep my credits. After being denied refunds I asked about the cancel policy and account was cancelled without my request. So that caused me to lose all paid for credits before I could use. Now they are not refunding my full credits or following up on there massage refund. They also have a low limit to rollover credits. Because my appointments were at end of month I couldn't use in time and lost rollover credits too. Most expensive haircut ever!

So many adds lately
I have been loveing this app, however recently I have been getting bombarded with not useful notifications. This is a workout app for me and now it is advertising food to me on my Home Screen. So annoying and unnecessary adds. Pleas stop.
