Randomly forgets you exist every 6 months or so. Absolutely zero routes to deal with this. Still peppers you with spam email constantly though, so that feature works fine.

Clear? Score
The score is not clear at all. You can see the score but there is nothing to tell you what that score means, or why did it go up or down. It sends FAKE notifications constantly saying i have new offers for credit cards, but it shows the same credit cards as always. Only good thing, is it doesn't try to blackmail you into paying an overpriced subscription or your credit score will go down, like the Experian crooks do.

Like all these apps, they are built for the masses. They are OK for most, but they are notoriously bad for people like me, a former very high earner and the ex Financial Controller of American Express Financial Services Europe Ltd. I have never had a loan, as I am extremely risk averse. My "thin credit history" gives rise to a low score. They say I should borrow money or take an extra card, but I really don't want to, plus my low score means no banks are willing to give me a fee free card!!!!!!

Extremely useful app but some information is deleyed it's not spot on accurate. I wish they could improve some of the features.

not an accurate credit score calculator gives you a score way lower than any other app isn't even equifax accurate
