No customer service!
My phone was stolen and I can't get any help from Cleo. I tried to chat with them but they wanted a dollar before they would even talk to me. I tried calling the number they provided but that number is out of service. For real people? You can sure open up a business and take our hard earned money but you can't even help a loyal customer who has lost everything to recover his account. I guess you don't care about repeat customers. And I liked y'all. Update As of right now I have not received any help on this matter. I am thoroughly disappointed in Cleo. But they don't mind taking my money every month

Try downloading Cloe everything starts to go through and when you get to the end when you have to link your bank account to plaid to verify is checking account for some reason it can't connect no matter how many time I try and you can only verify what the selection of bank chase being on top of the list won't good through
