Error Authenticating your Account
Can't sign in. Keep getting the above error when I'm clearly entering the correct library card ID and PIN.

I wish that they would collaborate with Barnes and Noble nook e-reader so we could check out library books with a feature to send library books to our nook account and thus read on our nook glowlight. I know they say we can side load downloaded books to our computer to the e-reader but that's so much trouble. My local library uses cloud library, but I don't like reading on my phone or tablet. So I have to check out books using a different library with Libby to read them on my Kindle.

Often, the app glitches when I try to view the homepage. If I click "trending audiobooks" it will bring up a blank, white page. I have the same issue when using the "search" option sometimes. It will say nothing is available. After I restart theapp, it's there. Also, I would love to see how long I've read/listened for the day. We have reading challenges in our area for kids and adults, and while we speed up the narration, I'd like to see how much ACTUAL time has been spent reading/listening.

Access to books
Hi just wondering how many audiobooks I can borrow each month, sometimes I can get 10 and other times only 2. Is this because there are only a limited amount of copies to be accessed. Thank you

I hate the location of the menu for the font and other settings. You have to stab at your screen in the general area that you think might make it appear and, meanwhile, pages are flipping ahead. It's such a stupid setup. I agree with all of the people who miss Libby.

Please Add Sort By Genre
On the app, I do not see how to sort the available catalogue like in the browser version. The most I can see is format, language, and availability, when genre would be a very good addition for utility. Not having that available makes it a lot more difficult than it needs to be to browse the collection, and I may not be able to find titles I like on mobile just because I can't see them in the first place. I'll probably stick on finding what I want on the browser version for now.

Needs work on fundamentals
The reader works reasonably well aside from one basic problem: it doesn't keep track of your position in the book. If you turn your device into a different orientation, then back, you aren't at the same place as you were. If you exit the program and then come back, your place to the beginning of a chapter, even though your last read position is maybe near the end of that chapter.
