A news desert
CNN was never great but was always a good source of information. It now is a news desert like many other corporate media platforms only delivering a sanitized version of the news with no depth, courage, or integrity. Any reporter working for CNN is afraid to truly report anything that might be controversial or upset their corporate bosses or powerful interests lest they lose their jobs as a result.

Great station, but awful app and site
For the great station that you are, the minimum your app should do is make it easy to watch. But no, • It daily forgets I have verified my provider and makes me verify again • When I have entered my provider and password and press to verify, the app often crashes • I frequently have to repeat verifying my provider ~10 times and sometimes 20 times before it works w/o the app crashing • Although commercials always play fine, the video feed often stops working when coming out of a commercial break. The CNN web site video feed has the same problem. • Audio and video can be permanently unsynchronized after temporarily losing Internet

Bias news
Majority of the reporters are way too bias and one sided. They want to prove their point and agenda instead of reporting facts and allowing us to determine. I lost trust in CNN's integrity and ethical reporting.

Latest update makes xx milj phones unusable to see cnn
Not only requires the update OS16, which iphones from 5 years ago not have. Even worse there old app does not work, demands the update, which can't on OS15.xx Which makes the old app and thus CNN for millions of users around the world unusable. Large part of world citizens do not have the means to buy new phones. As long as a phone has basic functionality they will keep it. It is worrisome that CNN very often reports and thus make money of those people with less means, rights and possibilities, and it are those people who CNN makes it impossible for them to get the CNNnews. That is against everything CNN says to stand for and delivers only for those who have money enough and excluding the poor. Technically there is no objection what so ever to let the CNN app work on older phones. To conclude that it is CNN intent to exclude people.

It's of no use to me
When I try to open the CNN app, it tells me it needs to be updated. I proceed to settings, general which tells me there are no available updates. What's up with that?

Ave. At 13th Street, N.W. can you get it for me and reply. I'm trying to buy a loaf of White Bread that is sliced and packaged and they usually have in stock but also sometimes sell put of it.
