I bought the full version to enable import from the bank. But I still didn't understand how to do it. When I click on Sberbank, a page to enter it simply opens, I enter and then nothing, this is the same Sberbank profile, without any necessary buttons. I wrote to the mail a week ago, they never answered me, and yes, there are no letters in spam either. I need either help or a refund for my subscription, it's a disgrace

The app is terribly buggy. I paid for a subscription, but there is no way to log in to the account. There is simply no such column. Only "register", but when you try to register, it gives out that such a user already exists. Also, it is not possible to link Sberbank - it flies. Ads for subscriptions and all sorts of courses constantly pop up, although I have already bought premium.... Responses in the chat are long, they close the request very quickly, without waiting for an answer and, in fact, without solving the problem. It looks like a scam.

The app simply withdraws money
I installed the application some time ago, decided to subscribe to premium 299 per month, paid, and did not get access to additional features. I went to the App Store, and there is already a new version and it is not clear how to get my money back now.

Are you completely freaked out? We installed the "buy platinum subscription" button on the buttons with spending categories, so that some categories are not visible under it and it is impossible to transfer spending to them. I bought a premium subscription a long time ago, I don't need your platinum for free with its features. Why do this? Aggressively force them to buy another subscription to an already purchased one. I paid to use the app without ads. And now your ads are hanging and do not allow you to use the main functionality of the application. This is more than outrageous. I don't want to see aggressive banners in an app I've already paid for

The application is very raw, infogypsy courses and other advertising garbage! Selling a subscription for 19990₽ requires a legal assessment for signs of fraud! Valuation is a complete bottom!

I can't say that it's excellent, because after paying for an annual subscription and resetting the previously entered data, the application did not let me in, referring to the fact that such an email address does not exist, and today, a subscription offer regularly pops up, although there is already one, in general, not everything is yet clear, but in the process of communicating with technical support, issues are resolved. I bought a platinum subscription for ~ 1600 rubles, which was at a discount. The check came to the mail, but the login and password did not come. I tried to write to technical support, they respond for a long time and after the operator's response like "you previously bought a subscription or this is a new purchase", the dialogue with the operator ends and you need to write a new appeal. Result: I WAS DECEIVED FOR ~1600 rubles.

I bought it because of integrations with VTB, but it doesn't work
I was looking for an application for financial accounting with the possibility of integration with banks and, first of all, with VTB and Tinkoff. Coin Keeper claimed such functionality, so he bought the full version forever with the expectation that the claimed functionality would work. As a result, Tinkoff integration worked every other time, but in the end it worked well. Integration with VTB has not been working for almost a month. The support cannot orient you in terms of timing. In the chat, they admit the existence of a problem and say that they will fix it someday. At the same time, in response to other reviews on the problem of integration with VTY, they write: "How strange. Write to us. This should not happen." At the same time, updates on the application are released, but the integration is not fixed. Disappointed
