Don’t recommend
It's nice for buying but never recognized any card when I scanned it! Every single card I scan it says unrecognized to every single one. Then I'd have to put it in manually. It said my 18/25 graded card was ¢50. It said $240 on EBay and the worst part is. You can't even change it. It's just stuck on what they think it is.

Not so good
I've had a not so good experience with CollX. I've bought a card from a seller and have never received the card. I emailed CollX and told them that I had bought a card and haven't heard from the seller and haven't received the card. I was told to wait a week and try the seller again to give them a chance to respond..so I did and never heard back so I reached out to CollX once again and was told that they will review my request for a refund in order of which they receive it..its been over a month and haven't heard a peep from CollX so I reached out via email and have yet to get a response. My concern is if you buy from someone on CollX make sure that seller has been active before you buy for I failed to notice that the seller hasn't been on CollX for over a month when I tried to purchase a card…my mistake. But trying to get a refund has been difficult. Nevertheless I canceled my membership.

Used to be good. Now you got to pay for it. That's ridiculous. I'm sorry I'm not going to pay just to keep track of my cards. I can do that myself. I mean it does help but at the same time not worth it. Sad that you guys got people paying for this. I understand you guys need to do your business but the people that were using it for free and can keep track of their collection should have got a better deal, especially professional collectors that use it as a business as well uninstalling

Sorry but i have tried and tried and tried to like this. I took advantage of a Christmas offer. 49.99 for the year. Was charged 53.30 per month x 3. Was reimbursed (1) 53.30 payment. U owe me 106.60 then maybe i will sign up for the 49.99 per year. Emails go ignored so therefore i need to warn others !!

Needs improvement, overall positive
After adding 500 cards to your collection, you must pay for a monthly/annual membership. I don't have an issue here, I've heard that most similar apps have a lower card count prior to paying. The system is down for maintenance every day or two, which I understand is a necessary part of running an app. My complaints are with the inability of the AI scanning to properly read cards. I'm forced to locate and add at least 50% of the cards manually. Regardless of how good the picture is, the system seems to struggle. My other complaint is for some reason there are problems organizing cards by different filters (such as value, high to low). The issue is intermittent, as sometimes I'm able to get them organized how I'm intending. If these issues could improve, I'd seriously have zero complaints. It's a good app overall.

scanner rarely works and never says anything close to the card I'm scanning
CollX: Sports Card Scanner - Product Description
CollX (pronounced “collects”) answers the question every collector has: “What’s it worth?” The app lets you scan most cards; it’s not just a baseball card scanner! Scan football, wrestling, hockey, soccer, or basketball cards — as well as TCG cards like Pokemon, Magic, and Yu-Gi-Oh! — and instantly identify it and get the average market value. Once you’ve scanned your cards, add them to your collection and track your portfolio. With v2.0 of CollX we've added a marketplace, where you can purchase cards with a credit card, get shipping and tracking, and earn cash selling your cards to other collectors. Turn the hobby into your side hustle!

COLLX SPORTS AND TCG SCANNER
CollX’s visual search technology instantly recognizes and matches against a database of 17+ million sports cards and trading cards. After identifying the best match, you’ll immediately get the current average market price for the card. Our deep-learning models were created by a team with 10+ years experience developing image recognition technology. In addition to being able to match most RAW cards, CollX will also identify graded cards with barcodes, as well as parallel and reprint versions of cards.

BUY AND SELL
New in v2.0 of CollX is the Marketplace, where you can buy cards using a credit card, Apple Pay, CollX Credit, and your balance on the app. Use Deals to bundle multiple cards and make an offer to the Seller. As a Seller, you can utilize several shipping options, including CollX Envelope, where you'll get tracked shipping for as little as $0.75! Other Seller Tools include the ability to set a bulk discount and to decide if you want to accept Offers. Cards bought through the CollX Marketplace are also covered by the CollX Protect policy, where payments are only released when the cards arrive at the Buyer, giving peace of mind to both parties in a deal.

GET HISTORICAL PRICING
CollX uses millions of historical auction prices to calculate a card’s average value. As you add cards to your collection, you’ll see your overall portfolio value grow. Set conditions or grades on your cards and get more accurate prices. As your cards rise or fall in value, CollX helps you track both individual card values and your overall portfolio value. No more wondering what your Pokémon card value is!

BUILD YOUR CARD COLLECTION
Create and keep track of your card values. View your collection as a grid, list, or as sets. You can also filter and sort your cards by a variety of criteria — value, date added, year, team, etc. With CollX Pro, you can export your collection as a CSV. You can also view your sets, see how close you are to completion, and generate printable checklists to help track down cards you're missing from a set.

SEARCH CARDS
Search 17+ million cards in our database. See what cards on CollX are listed for sale right in search results. And if you find a card you own, but don’t have it handy to scan, you can easily add it from any of the records in the CollX database.
