TLDR: This app is great for a drawing app, but not fully on par for professional needs. Ultimately, it is fun to play with and I absolutely love the infinite canvas. This even has served me well in making custom emojis for a Discord server I run. Primary disappointments with this app lies in the available tools. There is no color fill, no blending tools, and there is no eraser tool. To clarify there are eraser like tools, but they leave behind invisible blobs where you "erase", not a true erase.

I really love your app. I enjoy using it very much. But, I have been having constant crashing issues while using it. My tablet is brand new... so I know that's not the issue. Ever since the last update, it has been freezing and constantly crashing on me while I'm working hard at drawing. I also paid to go pro.... I don't want to get discouraged from using your app. Will you please help me with this issue?

I want to love this app, it has so much potential. Quite a few tools still missing, No colour auto fill for one, basics for an art app, the fact you have to pay for membership, shows there is no return investment by the makers to improve it. I used concepts about a year ago and just came back to it expecting more, zero progress, I'll stick with Ibis paint and sketchbook till the Concepts team make some real progress, not holding my breath though.

Moving is a pro feature?
The free version really is just a demo which cannot be used productively. What use is an unlimited canvas if I can't even move anything around? Yes, selecting and moving is a pro feature requiring a subscription.

font and type capabilites and fill too?
I was pretty hyped about Concept and in many respects it is an intuitive and powerful tool, but sorry I use fills a great deal and while one's own handwriting has it's moments, the lack of fonts and means to arrange them in layers or otherwise is lacking. NOW I might be way off here as a newbie, but I was unable to find any useful insight in the manual, youtube or in the app. If support can get me squared away on these issues, I'll keep on using and investing time in mastering this App otherwise it is adios amigos

Copy?
So if this app is so great, why do I have to search for a guide in google? How can I copy? Is there a pen that draws the line straight? Is all this only possible with purchase? It also says that I can't use it otherwise. But I can't even test a copy!! I do a lot of handicrafts with wood and here I would record my ideas, but copying is important to me. So hold down a drawing until a menu opens, but not the pen presses it, but the arrow. So far ok, but a complete frame doesn't work? I am very happy to wait for an answer.

Love the app, gutted by full version price doubling to £40
Learnt about this app from Teoh On Tech 📺 and use it all the time. Was saving up (I'm a very broke artist) to pay the £20 it cost to unlock the extra features as I was feeling restricted and wanted to support the creator. Saved my £1 a week I put towards the app if it felt like my use of it that week was worth at least £1, of course it always was. I finally save up my £20 and it's suddenly £40? Gutted. Simply can't justify that expense on my budget, and a subscription is out of the question. I understand this is a nothing expense for some but most artists aren't paid much if at all, and this puts the app out of reach for many of us. An option to unlock a smaller subset of core features for less money would be much appreciated, the huge step up from £0 to £40 feels like somebody's clever idea and it's kind of tacky.

I really like the app for doing architectural surveys. I use the free version, I just bought the option to export in pdf I don't give it 5 stars because there is no synchronization on different platforms. I can't access the files made on the tablet on the computer
