I like using copper for my banking, but the app is TERRIBLE. I am constantly trying to refresh or redownload to get it to work. Most of the time only half my screen shows the app and the other half is white space. Extremely unreliable. I am currently writing this while I am reinstalling the app because it wouldn't let me send or see how much money is in my account. If it weren't for my parents, I would have a normal bank account with a WORKING app. Improve yourself copper.

Worst company ever

They just up and decided to close down account with literally no warning. I had multiple kids with money and it was all lumped together and sent back into my account. I have idea who had what amount. I found out because I had a credit on my bank statement and checked the app, which totally changed it's appearance too!! The worst part is what if my daughter was somewhere and needed to use the money on her card not knowing it no longer worked!?! So terrible! Beyond disgraceful!

I love this app, got $10 in the first two days, and currently have almost $15 after I cashed that out But I had my sponsee finally join.. my screen has been frozen on “Your card is waiting! We're just creating your account, this shouldn't take long” It's been an hour. Refreshed the app, restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded the app. Nothing has worked. I just want to get to my rewards!! Please help.

You can no longer get a debit card for your kids. It is worthless now.

I and my children loved this app and its features until, with very short notice, we were informed that the debit cards and accounts would be closing. Now, I am scrambling to get something in place for my kids to use. Not to mention, the app won't give me access to my balances, and there is a fair amount of money that has not been transferred out of copper to my external bank account.
