Absolutely the worst app
Refuses to ever work with you on anything, started getting paid at 8 everyday on the dot, since ive downloaded for the last year its moved to about 9:30, plus ive lost alot of money due to the app saying ive only made $60, working a full 8 hour shift. so yea theyll scam you out of money beware!

It’s fine
It's convenient when it works. I've been using it for 3 years. They just reduced everyone's balance because they upgraded their system and now everyone can't pull more then 10% of their paycheck so until they figure it out the app is pointless right now. Kinda irritates me cause I never expected to have to search for money for groceries for my kids because I was hoping that you know. I get $90 a day from daily pay. I should be find to make it till the weekend and do groceries. Especially working 5 days a week. Now I can't. 😂 thanks for resetting the stats. Also. When you ask when it'll even out the customer service person will only say “hopefully in a few days”. We need a direct time. Not a hopefully in a few days. Not everyone should have been affected by this. The data for everyone's account should have been stored and consistent with the updates. Or at least a dang warning would have been nice

“Algorithm changes”
App was excellent prior to last week - according to the rep I spoke with there has been an algorithm change that determines the percentage you receive on your available balance. This means that if you normally receive 50% from your total money earned, but next week or even next day due to the “algorithm”, that percentage can drop to 36% (or higher or lower depends on your employer), and you won't receive an available balance update if your earnings don't exceed the required earnings for an advance even if you normally would be paid at a 50% earnings amount. My distaste in this, is because I found this out after I didn't get a balance update so I called to find out that this was a casual update that was rolled out without letting people know AHEAD of time with no way of knowing what your percentage is, so that means you can't plan ahead.

Save yourself the hassle!!!
This app was a good resource until recently when my balance was showing inaccurately and the percentage of money I could get out of my paycheck randomly changed with no notification. I called on 5/11 and was advised that the system was undergoing maintenance and that my balance would be updated by 5/12. That never happened, so I called back just to be told that the percentage of money I could retrieve had been decreased without notifying me. Deleting this app immediately after my next payout.

Not consistent
My daily pay doesn't update at the same time? It says 24 hours on the app but mine varies. One day it will be 9am the next day 930 then like today its [number] and it still has not posted my earnings from working yesterday???

I have an account and I put it my email and password. When I went to login it says it was invalid so I tried to change my password and it said I couldn't use the previous password so I can't even login.

I have a new employer but my account is linked to a phone number I no longer have. It does not give u the option to verify a different way or change the number. So I can not get access to my money an I can't seem to find a number for them as well

Horrible!
Its so nice being able to access your money when you need it, but warning, you will regret this. It's like portions of your money disappear. Then when you call your never right. Even when it's right there in your face. If you choose to use daily pay keep close eye on your money! Even though if you do it won't matter..
