Mobile App Down
Ordered twice in the last week. Both times I was charged and the store tells me that the mobile app is down. I received the funds back the next day in the first order. We will see about his one. Why have an app if it's not going to allow me to get my food, test allows me to place the order and charges me. Also, the Jackson store is hit and miss when it comes to closing time. They close early sometimes, sometimes they close the dining room early. There's no consistency. I have no reason to patronize this store any longer. There are other places to spend my money.

Poor service
I ordered four kids meals and a salad none of the meals came with the milks and the salad did not come with the dressing. When calling no one would answer the phone

When ordering a chicken strip combo with beverage, the app requires you to "choose size" in regard to a soft drink. The combo has the size selected. What it needs to know is which flavor. This is not selectable. Because of the requirement the order cannot be placed. Ok. So you order a chicken strip basket without a beverage. This works. Then we add the beverage separately, that gets added to the bag too. Then when you try to checkout, you get a "Something went wrong" error.

Food is good but their app said our food would be ready over 20 minutes before the time that it was ready so I might as well of just waited in line it would have been faster. They had not even started on our food when we arived.
