It's a pretty good app. I love the cash back and now easy it is to make and claim. But the app doesn't keep your transaction history up to date. You can't even look at pending transactions

I cannot sign in to my account. I type in user name and password, hit the sign in button, and it does nothing. I have tried uninstalling and downloading again. Three times. To no avail. Tried calling dasher support. They could not help or tell me who might be able to shed some light.

The only reason I'm giving dasher direct 2 stars is because you can earn pretty good apy per purchase. But who ever is doing there accounting sucks. Also they are way off on active time and dash time. I've been dashing for 3 or 4 years now and it seems like they change your active time. I've dashed some nights and never had to wait for a dashes but they say half my time was just dash time not active time.

Enjoying dasher direct but still haven't received card even when it says it's arrived

Pretty good app up until recently the last week and a half I've been having issues logging in to my Dash or direct app, right after I log in before it opens the page from my account the app closes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app not sure if it's an issue with the app or if anybody else is having a problem.

Good but rewards and transferring money can be a hastle
Apps easy to use and pretty reliable, however they make it very hard to get cash to your bank account “quickly” without paying fees and having to transfer it to Apple Cash back and forth to a friend or family member even then there's fees. All in all app is good, but getting money back can take time if you want to get it into your primary bank account. However at the same time dasher direct payouts are instant and in a way acts as a credit card.
