Keeps changing and is confusing
They encouraged everyone to get a web based app - then they got rid of it They encouraged everyone to sign up to their authentication app - now they got rid of it. Now I can't sign in on my phone. I pay monthly now they want to move me to annually. They have got rid of the basic package and want me to move to a much more expensive package. Had enough. Looking for a new one. Stop messing customers around.

Super app. I've been using it for a long time. Sometimes it can't handle autofilling fields to set a new password and you have to do it manually.

Crazy price
In a few years, the prices of this app have exploded to such an extent that it is ridiculous compared to the competition. I unsubscribed to go to a competitor that was just as effective but much cheaper.

Not needed
It‘s possible that this is a good app - in the paid version. You have a limit on pretty much everything as well as on the amount of passwords being allowed to be stored. If you don‘t want these restrictions, you have to pay monthly and that‘s just not worth it. There are many options you can store your passwords across devices with which are open source and more secure because you don‘t have to store your passwords on foreign servers. You just don‘t know what happens with your data and passwords when you're using Dashlane.

Initially, I was drawn to Dashlane for its exceptional service and cost-effective plans, which made it a preferred choice for my family and me. However, the recent price adjustments have left me disappointed. The substantial increase in pricing is concerning, especially for many of your Indian customers who may find it difficult to justify the new costs. I hope Dashlane reconsiders its pricing strategy to retain its loyal user base.

Stupid update requirement to use
Ios and macos app no longer available because it require me to update my own device to lastest os version, so their app just kick me out and i can use my current app anymore, how briliant customer experient! Dont even worth 1 star
