In itself, the app is developing in the right direction, but unfortunately bugs are always built into it that didn't exist before. Current: alternative train connections cannot be displayed because the app is unable to pull the starting station out of the ticket. Until the beginning of the year, this was not a problem. The app is developing in such a way that you can travel paperless with DB, which I think is good, but you shouldn't test new releases on customers.

Hands off if you have more aldrin device
In the old app, you could hold subscriptions and tickets on different devices, which was an advantage especially with tablets and smartphones, as you didn't have to get out the corresponding device first. Once again developed past the customer - well, sending it into the desert is the only thing the railway can do In the meantime, the app loses the DeutschlandCard from time to time, somehow you have to get money, keyword "increased transport fee"

No reliance on the app
The old app remembered tickets and BahnCards, including those of several users, plus the tickets added. Very helpful when traveling with several people. The new app is a disaster in this respect. Woe betide you if you have to log out once or be kicked out of the app. If you log in again, only your own tickets will be reloaded, and even then only with radio reception. All manually added tickets have to be laboriously re-entered, provided you have the long numbers at hand, otherwise nothing works. It is a strange ideology that despises customers to actually only allow one account per device and to make customers more and more dependent on the app and the Internet working at the moment. I would like to give it a few minus stars.

Why can't the age information be saved in the booking mask??? Must be re-entered each time. But in the Bahn Bonus app, I can only get a bonus at all if I am max. 64 years old??? But I can also collect points at 80??? The friendly lady on the service phone tells me to ignore the age information. It is not relevant to the premiums anyway. But why is it there???
