Order never taken into account despite 15 minutes to install the app and its associated services, to choose the menu, the payment method... Uninstalled after an hour of waiting for the order to be accepted! Doesn't work at all!

me and my wife both downloaded the app as there was a first order discount but we were "not able to place the order at this time" funnily enough once we removed the code our order went through at once. we feel like we were scammed tbh ended up ordering with no discount. now we both have the app on our phones which it feels like that was the idea from deliveroo advertise a discount to hook you in and then not give you the deal

Adding address is very confusing and complicated. Give the option to the customer to select the location from the map and then ask for more information about the address. It's blows my mind how devs can be this stupid.

I gave half a kg of ice cream to the rider
I'm happy because he deserves it all I order ice cream from La Romana which is located in Via XX Settembre in Rome and the rider on a bicycle crosses Rome to come to Eur .. But that's nothing !! I send an order and I immediately realize that I have left the old address of the last order in Testaccio I immediately cancel ... 2/4 seconds after sending the order and it comes message that you can't cancel order Bad service!! I'm happy for the rider who will have had a nice feast of ice cream

I give up, I hope that restaurateurs will stop putting their image in the hands of incompetents. Having to keep an eye on the app constantly, waiting a few minutes late to call the restaurant and being told the same things. It has happened to me more than once that the rider arrived before the scheduled time, making one or two rings at most (to be able to say that I had called) and then having to pick him up in person, even though he had paid for the delivery. other times in pairs, two kids more busy being in arrears than deliveries; then those who try to pocket the beer. I feel stupid for hoping for an improvement and continuing to throw money at cold food and unfulfilled deliveries.
