Disgraceful customer service and expensive
I have been a loyal user for over 5 years selling approx 100 items on my account. I was locked out of my account after a random app refresh and couldn't remember my password so tried to reset it. 3 months later, many many emails with video evidence of my error code, and each response has been a generic reply with unhelpful advice and blatant evidence of having NOT read a word of my previous email. The issue is still not fixed, I have lost money on disputes I couldn't resolve and my shop is closed due to inactivity. I have sent many angry emails and not a single useful offer of a solution. I have no interest in ever using this app again. Previous issues in app where single items of mine were deleted by the admin team were also impossible to deal with through customer service but stupidly I forgave those. On top of that, the recent selling and admin costs that have been increased on the seller by removing paypal etc have been abominable. Do not use this app.

Issue with bag function
Hello, this app has been incredibly great for me. However, as of around yesterday it is unable for me to see the items in my bag. This means I cannot purchase anything which is rather annoying. The app has been great so far but I would appreciate a way to fix this. I have tried re-logging in, and reinstalling.

Hard to use - always refreshing
Aside from some categories flooded with obvious counterfeits (like sneakers sold by teenagers trying to offload something that “was worn a couple of times,“ “just needs to be gone ASAP,” or “I will clean and fix before shipping”) it's not that bad and certainly pretty good when compared to similar apps that like to clutter the experience. The user interface is pretty simple. It's clean and easy to navigate. I wish it was easier to know where an item was located so I can approximate shipping time, but all you get is a city and country (how about a state other than confusion?) I do like utilities to see additional photos just by swiping the thumbnails. That one is a new one for me. I am not quite sure why I am getting emails/notifications to respond to outstanding requests or messages when I don't have any. But here's my big issue. Consider you're at the home screen and you drill down into categories. You check off the options and criteria that are important to you. You sort your list. And of anywhere from a few to maybe several hundred or thousand items, you get through a decent amount. Then you have to go to another app quickly or maybe even accidentally tap a notification that slides up on your screen, thereby being taken away. When you get back to the app, it refreshes and you are sent back out to the home screen. You have no way of getting back to where you left off seconds ago and have no way of automatically pre-filling the criteria you previously selected or resuming your browsing. You have to start all over again. This makes it pretty impossible for me to get through a decent amount of items. It does the same with a traditional search for a term, as well. But at least I have learned to star or save the search immediately upon creating it so that I can get at least to get back to the same options with some ease, albeit finding where I left off is much more challenging. Why refresh the app and clear everything out if someone looks away for a few seconds? It's like that one time a waiter took my plate from the table minutes after I started eating just because I got up to hit the restroom. And to have everyone else seemingly oblivious to it.

App is almost unusable for sellers
Kicks me out of the app whenever it feels like it sometimes can't even get on makes my phone extremely hot even tho it's an app I have a 13 and never have had problems with poshmark or mercari which just seem to be better in every way Follow up falsely banned me for a shirt that was “hate speech” when wasn't

I have still not gotten a response from a seller on an item and it has been 7 days since I raised the issue, 22 days since I purchsed the item. Unfortunately, when I try to tap on the issue in the app to hopefully get a refund, it says, "oops something went wrong." Yes I have the latest version. Yes I tried reinstalling the app. It just shouldn't be this hard to get money back from a non-responsive seller.

Crashes A LOT
My app ran fine until they started making all of the changes to the features and now it crashes and deletes everything I have in my cart. Really annoying since half the time you have to really search for what you want. I'm just going to start taking screenshots and I recommend that to anyone else that holds thing in their basket lol
