Unfit for your company if you want to scale. I am writing this from the perspective of a business owner. Worked well until we hit ~70 users. We have had continuous issues with custom timesheet fields, specifically attachment fields, disappearing. Customer support is slow and opaque when escalated. We met an account executive at a conference, and she said we would be taken care of, only to be told a fix would come at an undetermined point in the future. That was nearly a year ago with no update

App keeps saying error and won't show the time or my time sheet I tried logging out then back in but it won't let me back in and keeps on saying error then I tried uninstalling then re installing the app but still the same thing

I am in Brisbane and since the recent update it is showing Western Australia time. This needs to be fixed asap so I can actually clock in and out at the correct times

Tanda App is better. Layout is more professional. I also find it a little annoying that I can't delete previous employers off my profile page.

Difficult to login.
Needed to download this for work, and it was initially working. But now it keeps logging me out, when I attempt to log in, it logs me back out again. It won't allow me to start my shift, even an unscheduled one so I'm constantly letting my supervisor know that I'm acting at work and she has to fix it up for me. Very annoying.

Awful company, worse app
If you're thinking about purchasing deputy for your company to keep track of things like a schedule, pto, or timesheets to export to payroll- save yourself the headache. You talk to three tiers of AI before ever getting an actual human with customer support. When you do get a human for tech support, their solution is always to submit a feature request, never an actual fix. I've used humanity in other hr roles and it's so much better.

It’s ok not perfect
I find inconsistencies sometimes when I have logged off at end of day it's given me a time 30 minutes after the actual clock off time, other times I have ended a shift then next morning it tells me I have been clocked on for 23 hours , when I have clocked off the day before , the next one is I clock on in the morning and 5 minutes after this it sends me a notification reminder to clock off at end of shift the day has just begun so why I am getting a reminder first thing in morning when it would make more sense to remind me closer to the end of shift then I get emails “ your shifts for the week dated wed 8th may to tues 14th may I click on them and it doesn't show me anything from the 8th,9th,10th just the 14th onward , other times I have worked 10 hour day clocked off and it's said I have only worked 8 hours , you have an “ end shift” button and an “x” next to it how about just one button to clock off with , why create confusion when you finish , you finish I don't see the need of including two end shift buttons when you only need one start shift button .

Terrible since the last update. Schedule takes forever to load. Main screen sluggish. Just generally buggy. Not good at all.
