I have already failed at the registration. Registration is only possible by entering the telephone number, which I did. Unfortunately, I don't have a login code by SMS or by call. E-mail is not possible.

Took my tickets back and gave someone else a refund and refuse to do anything about it, I would rate them 0 if I could.

After several reminders for requests for a refund for an event ticket, I never received a response.

Send ticket to a friend is super buggy
I've been asked to delete and reinstall the app twice by CS to “fix” the fact that my friends names don't show up when I try to transfer a ticket. It simply doesn't work properly. Also, the point of release notes is so people can see what's fixed. Doesn't instil confidence that there are new releases every few days but zero details as to what has been “fixed” because the release notes are all the same. Lazy development leads to bad apps.

Process to get a ticket
It is entirely too much of a process to purchase a ticket. Then to have no option but to download the app to go through another process to get to the ticket. I almost said never mind.

It forces you to install the application to get your tickets, already I don't appreciate that. And frankly the app is super slow to find the parties.... Really bad app

I buy a ticket a few days before a concert. On the big day, I try to activate it. I am in a bit of a hurry and click on the big yellow button "Take your place" which leads me to buy a second ticket rather than activate the one I already had. I inform DICE immediately and ask to cancel my second ticket. DICE did not follow up by explaining that given their T&Cs, they cannot refund me. The story between DICE and me ends with this comment...

Impossible. I cannot download my ticket for Vieux Farka Toure and am very, very upset. Also five minutes after paying for my ticket, i got a spam call on my mobile for which i am blaming DICE. if I could give you a nil rating I would.
