Paperless statements keeps getting turned off on its own and redeeming your cash back rewards into a direct deposit to your bank requires you to call their customer service number and deal with their terrible automated system that doesn't "hear" your words correctly or at all.

I go to their page to create an account, and when I want to enter with my ID and password, the page reloads and I cannot enter, I give up requesting a card, how annoying is that?

Horrible messaging customer service in app
I was trying to ask for help on the messaging center a few minutes ago and they deactivated my app I don't have the access ! So sad this happens in this big company !

So far so good
I got a secured credit card from them and if I get back my deposit after the 6 months of on time payment then I'll give them 5 ⭐️ because I got a secured credit card from CitiBank and they told me I would get my deposit back after 18 months and it's now they told me I won't get it back until February 2025, and I made every payment early.

Slow processing
It has been taking forever to apply payment credits to my account. Between 8-10 business days after payment is taken from account to show up on discover balance…awful.

Return Face ID
Face ID is still not working, have to enter password/username every time. Very annoying, please fix it
