On our TV it always fails to play a video the first time. I've been trying to play Bob's Burgers and we're up to our 6th attempt.

Bad app, the videos don't start after the commercial, I have to exit the playback to start the video and this for 4/5 times and it's really nerve-wracking, the customer service doesn't know how to solve the problem except by making absurd excuses, I thought better much better!!

I want to subscribe to the app, I downloaded it but it doesn't give me the option to subscribe I get a sign welcoming me, it asks me if I subscribe, below it appears Subscribe to Disney+ and enjoy! But nothing else. I need help

From 8.99 they increased to 11.99 without saying that there was a possibility of staying as before. I accidentally discovered the existence of the version with ads at 5.99 after paying extra for months. You are dishonest and now I realize that there are not even downloads available for the basic version. I would pay even more but you don't deserve it. Dishonest.
