This app is very useful and overall well designed but (!) why can't I exit the app with the back arrows or the "back" button on my phone, like with any other app? And why, when I put a comment when cancelling an appointment, the keyboard hides the comments part I am writing? Not practical ... Thank you (I'm not the only one to have this kind of little problem...)

The waiting list doesn't really work well, you can't react that quickly, the new date is always snatched away. This has happened about 10 times now. Do I always get the suggested dates last???
