He didn't accept the FREEDOM code for me to take the first free test run even though I had just installed the app. I spent at least twice as much because it wouldn't let me finish the ride even though I was next to another scooter dr. Uninstall right away

Sometimes it works. Often the app decides that I'm in a forbidden zone (when I'm not there) and I have to ride without assistance to a station, put the bike down and take one back.

What is this shenanigans, I just registered and gave my credit card number with the code to ue dott sent me, and now, I am asked again for my credit card number... I think I'm going to go to the police station to file a complaint for scam... I hope there will be no debit from my account!!

Getting to work early choosing a dott to be in the time in the end make me really regret because there program who work with phone number ! Never send a SMS for connecting my phone with bike and made me waisting time for 30min it's really bad experience and this is the second time with them while the other apps like lime not having any problem like that! I recommend to remove this company "dott" form Grenoble city 👎👎👎👎👎 " don't take it if you have something important to do"

They cancel subscriptions and current conventions even if you park where it doesn't bother anyone but from the photo it looks like a sidewalk to them, if you pay instead they make you pay fines. Non-existent support and assistance.
