Good App
Check lines before you bet as they can be a bit dubious sometimes although that is just about every sports books. Other than that is app is very easy to use and refined unlike many other sports books I have used

Switch
Have been using this app for over a year and randomly one day I get logged out as I placing a bet. I go to log back in and I get a message saying I need my account to be verified and that DraftKings will send me an email. After 3 days I got no email so I sent them an email and they send one back saying I need to send them a picture of my license to verify my account. Even though I've been using this app for awhile now and have already gone through that process when signing up. I send them the license picture and they haven't said anything back after 4 days now. Still can't access my account… I see why so many people switch to FanDuel.

I spend so much money on here. They don't offer you any free bets of anything. I don't like that about this sportbook. You can show some appreciation sometimes. To your loyal sports bettors. Smdh

Need better promos
I feel the promos aren't to intriguing. Would prefer a higher bonus bet if loose and better SGP or SGPx promos - the recent promos for SPG feels like you will just loose the bet anyhow and not worth the risk. You guys do a great job though, I only use your app. Keep the great work! Thank you,

Casino game cops are robbers
Don't join if you plan on playing the casino. I'm telling you now the machines are fixed or someone is being paid off. Gaming commission. There's no way you can play the slots and just lose lose lose. Over 117 spins and I didn't get 5 cents. I don't mind losing but when you can't even have fun something is wrong. One time it gave me 164 dollars and they sent me a verify my phone number and the 164 dollars disappeared. I was so furious and they said oh we didn't see anything wrong. Don't play the casino games.

2 step verification doesn’t work
It's been over 7 weeks and no help. 2 step verification works on all my apps except draft kings. They either can't fix it or don't care either way no response

Account limited when you win
As soon as you start winning or betting prop bets, DraftKings and all of the other sports books limit your accounts so you can only bet a few dollars. Don't let them fool you into thinking you can win tens of thousands of dollars. It's just not true.
