Website issues
I love DSW but whenever there are discounts the website doesn't work properly and of course it works again once discounts or coupon codes have expired. Incredibly frustrating.

I spent well over an hour Sunday night trying to order sandals. I had a MOTHERSDAY code that was good for that day only. When I tried to select payment type it would not go to the screen that would allow me to choose payment. I kept trying but it would never go to that screen. It was like it was frozen. I wasted my time and I lost the discount. I tried again this morning and it worked just fine but, of course, I did not get the Mothers Day discount. Instead of ordering two pairs of shoes I only ordered one pair because I couldn't get the discount. By the way, I did email the help desk but have yet to receive a response.

Trouble with coupon
I love the shoes from DSW but the website is terrible and very glitchy. I always end up having to contact customer service for help. Luckily, they are very helpful or I'd shop elsewhere!mail, online. It keeps telling me that it is not for this profile or that it's been used before. Not happy about that at all! It comes in my name and should work on my account.

Terrible App
So I couldn't get my $30.00 coupon on the last day cause the App decided to have connectivity issues and I tried the other promo code and still had issues. Lost out on 2 discounts cause of internet issues, will be calling customer service whenever the waiting isn't 113 minutes long to report this huge and upsetting error on their part.
