Payment doesn’t work
Neither Apple Pay nor adding a card work and I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted my phone. It's been at least 2 weeks now

Lacks basic features like favoriting individual items.
I hate putting in different configurations of the same 10 items I always order, who thought saving an ENTIRE order as a favorite was a good idea?

I love Dunkin coffee ! But I miss the old rewards system. I don't get anything except coffee so the new rewards system isn't appealing. It takes at least 2x as long to get a free coffee reward.

App doesn’t keep track of trips or money spent
This app is not worth the trouble. The old app was great but this one doesn't keep track of my visits so I'll go 4 times a month but it says I don't have any visits so no bonuses or accumulated points for me. It doesn't help that the Dunkin shops are almost always out of all of the donuts by 3pm so you almost always have to use the drive through to order and then if scanning the app fails then you've just got a useless app

I have had the app for the past 3 years, and it worked great. However for the past two days it has been horrible. I have rebooted my phone several times and uninstall and re-installed the app, and it will not open. Extremely frustrated and disappointed now.
