Poor service up to and no solution at all
No parking actions possible for weeks, you are told to log in again yes duh just like that works and they can't give more help! Blocks on Riverty, also contacted them and indicate that they do not have a block on the payments, etc. EasyPark AND NOW??

Worthless. Account doesn't work anymore, easypark doesn't respond to anything. Fifteen minutes of waiting time on the phone is promised, after almost an hour... just hang it up. Emailed, I get a response after 2-3 WEEKS. handy this say.. Edit: you have to wait three weeks for a response, but they can respond to one star in less than 24 hours... Priority is clearly not service, but limiting reputational damage...

License plate adjustment not possible. Nothing happens. No possibility to save changes. Only option to go back, after which the old license plate is still there.

Parking continued to run, was unstoppable. Called several times with extremely long waiting times and rude service employees who threw the receiver on after explanation or said it was my fault anyway. Never had a response to emails either. Had to pay unjustly, because a collection company had already been called in. Do not do business with this company. Top-notch scammers. Case for Radar this, because there are many more people like me subject to this.
