Stay Away: A Total Scam
Rating: 0/5 Stars This app is an absolute disaster. Save yourself the headache and steer clear. Booking flights or hotels through it is like playing Russian roulette with your money. Their customer service is a joke, a black hole where calls vanish into oblivion without a trace of human response. It's a wonder they manage to stay in business. If negative stars were an option, this app would deserve every one of them. Avoid at all costs.

Prices are the same as on the flight websites, recommended hotels far from the cities. Typical hotels where no one would go. The subscription is automatically renewed, without notice. You can't unsubscribe through the app or the website, you have to do it through a 9-minute call.

The montly payment for ePrime
When I downloaded the app eDreams I added my bank account for reservation the tickets and in this moment I got a free period of ePrime. Today, 15.05.2024 from my bank account wrote off 65 euros for annual payment for ePrime, I didn't get any confirmation and any messages about it. When I tried to call number in the website my call canceled. I want to canceled my ePrime and get money for annual payment.

Scammers, if you are not VERY careful they will chsrge you for edream prime without you even noticing you are subscribing to it. With Edream Prime you are paying 65€/year to get nothing. You will recieve some vouchers and discounts, but when you use it, the price is still higher than on other websites...
