Clunky user experience
The app is very clunky in places and is often slow loading. I'm not a fan of the navigation, which can make things hard to find. The biggest annoyance however is the repetitive popup asking if I'm enjoying the app. It does it every time after I gift data and ignores the fact I have answered less than minute ago. Unless I click yes, I'm also forced to start sending feedback. Well here it is. Please sort this out EE, this behaviour has been the same for at least 6 months now.

It's just a Web page in an app, and show to load as its a Web page. I don't see the point in the app?

Slow, clunky, seems to spend more time redirecting to various external webpages that make you login again but then don't work than having functionality in the app. Serves adds for special offers that redirect to blank webpages. Removed the biometric login at some point and reverted to a PIN. If I can use facial recognition to log into my banking apps it can't be that difficult to implement! Absolutely rubbish.

Can access my bill and wanted to change my direct debit I had to call for it to be done because you can't even access your bill not to talk of making changes to you direct debit details. App is almost useless 🙃
