Unacceptable service. An order with an estimated delivery time of half an hour was canceled without me receiving any notification either by email, sms or message in the application. After a full hour had passed, I had to search for it myself to find that the order had been canceled. I also didn't receive any automatic notification of what would happen to my charge. In a phone call I had they just informed me that this is how their system works. Never again.

We are still waiting for the order....
Eurovision we are all waiting for the pizza....they are 1 hour late....we are trying to communicate through chat... nothing all stuck....finally we didn't eat our order didn't come, the next day we talked they told us it wasn't their fault and one was throwing the blockage at the other... In short, in big races etc order directly by phone from the store so that you can get a tip and eat...:)

They send me a message that I have a voucher of 10 euros and that it is waiting for me in my account. I'm going to order the coupon is nowhere to be found. I contact via email informing me that they will contact me within 24 hours. Still nothing ( 4th day). I call the service, the girl informs me that they will notify me. Nothing yet. They send me a message again that I have a voucher of 10 euros in my account. I'm going to reorder the coupon nowhere. 🤔

If I could put 0 stars I would put them! I placed an order of 40€ and the application was bugging me while it was paid normally and I ordered the same things from another platform thinking that a refund would be made and finally both orders came because efood sent it even though it gave me an error and now they are not baking to make a return while they made a mistake! Unacceptable! I have spoken 10 times to customer service and they do nothing!! NEVER AGAIN EFOOD

UNACCEPTABLE ! On Saturday 11/05 the application had a general problem and it was bugging all orders I tried from 2 devices while they were paid and I thought they would make a refund, so order from another application. Then both orders came and we sent one back because there was a mistake with efood, I have spoken 10 times with customer service and they told me that it will be solved and now they took me and told me that nothing will be done so I have been charged 2 times 40€! NEVER AGAIN!!

"Eat me 5" no longer exists
Although there is an option, most stores have set the minimum at 6.5€, making the eat with 5 option useless for those looking to "eat with 5"
