Beware of this Company, not what you think .
Do you like a company that lies to you, threatens to put you in collection on a closed account. Do you like fake profiles. Do you enjoy being email daily about having legal actions taken on you on a closed account? Then try harmony. Where Bait and Switch tactics is all the fun you will see. Pay us now or legal actions. Then they sign you up for another year, stating you signed. Contract for X more payments?! They are just like SCAMMERS THAT CALL YOU ON THE PHONE

So awful
The business model doesn't work. I was either constantly matched with men I would never in a million years look twice at or men who lived a billion miles away. Just ridiculous and depressing.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. If ur not a member u can't do anything. Not even send a message. You can't even see the other person's face. Also, they won't even let u out ur socials like ur Instagram or snap so if ur not a member you can't even contact ur matches. Therefore this app is useless !!

these people have no intention of finding anyone a match. Their only concern is to steal your money, and that's it. They also banned my picture for the most ridiculous reason I have ever heard. It was blurry, but it is nowhere near blurry. So because they are discriminating towards me and my picture I wanted my account deleted and then they come back with a comment on how I have to pay out for the rest of the year which I did not agree to or did anyone explain this to me. They are scummy liars

Predatory pricing, won't tell you when renewal period is close to ending. Cancellation only in writing, so beware that it takes 24hrs to cancel should your sub be due for renewal

App discrepancy
I've recently signed up for this app after i heard many great stories . However , I precisely included the distance that I'm looking for but I keep getting people from everywhere , Chicago , WV, IL … so since this will be happening why do we bother go through those details and be more specific. Plus, when I receive a message from the same person I have to get out the messages and get back in it to see the new messages . I hope those will be fixed. Overall I can't judge yet since I'm new but I wanted to state these flaws maybe it can be fixed . I have great hopes though .

Seems like a lot of emphasis on getting high quality matches but the apps not worth having unless you're willing to pay. Can't view photos. Can even search in your area. No options I can see for alternative relationship dynamics (mono/poly/ENM). That was an hour I won't get back. Also the picture uploading function is not user friendly. Not much wiggle room for cropping pictures or moving them around unless you zoom all the way in and hope your face is the exact centre of the frame. Annoying.
