Most unreliable charging network period.
I don't know what the folks at Electrify do to mess up their chargers so much but you'll pull up to a charger and plug in and pay with the app and nothing happens. You'll then tap to pay with the app card then nothing happens. You'll sign in as a guest and pay with your credit card and nothing happens. Then you'll get fed up and anxious be you really need to charge and you'll call the support line and after 20 minutes of waiting on hold they'll offer to remote start the charge and nothing will happen the. They will offer to reset the charger, and have you try again and nothing will happen. This is assuming that A: there is a charger that is actually operational and B: there is a charger available because most places are packed and cars line up due to chargers not being available. Finally you will leave feeling absolutely horrid and drive to EVgo or BPpulse or ChargePoint and plug in and it will work flawlessly. No problems just plug in and pay and done. Why? Electricfy America why? I'm all done with you call me when you're ready to be serious about charging.

App is Good, Need More Charging Stations
I'm sure you all know it but 4 charging stations are never enough around major cities like here in Boston. And most times, 1 of the 4 stations is not working or down for repairs.

Something breaks literally every time I try to charge here. I have a Mach-E, and Ford negotiated Plug & Charge, but it doesn't use my membership I paid for, and often doesn't recognize my payment method, so I can't use it. I try to pay through the app, and it shows my station as in use. I force stop and reload the app, and now I can swipe to start, but I get an auto payment error and it won't charge. I give up and tap my phone using the app, and instead it charges my wallet app at full price

Horrible charging stations never work, no matter what location you go to. There is always a few down.
