I was approved for a $25 cash advance but when I put my information in I get a error message. I trued to speak to a live agent but all they have is a chatbot. Ww

There's an issue with this app where it won't let you connect debit card or accept advance. It keeps saying “Error” every time you try to get an advance. I reached out to the customer service team and before even attempting to help me they IMMEDIATELY escalated my email to a higher team that has NEVER reached out. It's been weeks and they still have not updated this app correctly. This app will be a waste of time and storage until they fix this issue.

I gave it 4 starts because having to put my card down and password in this app was time consuming but I did get 25 dollars and it's gonna help me save.

Everything is okay but upgrading to thrive was a nightmare. Took funds and had to wait a week then the app wasn't working. Wouldn't recommend

i keep trying to add my debit card from my bank account and it keeps telling me it's not associated with my account. even though it quite literally is

I've been using this app for the last few months and here are my thoughts: PROS *It's usually cheaper than other apps, especially during rush hour CONS *The price I pay is never usually the same price I get charged for. *They charge you usually $5-$7 more dollars than your actually ride when you initially call them *The location on the app is terrible. Drivers can never see my exact location. *I live in a major city, and alot of drivers who use this app seem to be green to driving in the city. Not sure what incentive there is to get them to sign up. * The app lags terribly, I never know exactly where the driver is, so I tend to wait outside 4 minutes before they arrive so I can know they are here.

Been using Empower for awhile but when I had issues changing my bank account I reached out to support who does nothing to help. They answer once a day and it's always a different person that does read any of the previous thread. They all say the same thing and do not even try to fix it or even help.

I have been Apple user almost 10 years from now. I never have written a review, but this piece of *+}*} app should be unlisted from the App Store, they stole your data. And it spam you whole day. What a garbage app/company!

i've been running into many issues and am repeatedly told to go to the “more” tab. on both my old iphone and this new one i've not been able to find this at all 😭 and so now i haven't been able to use it for almost a year
